30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email hello@titanclaws.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 to 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@titanclaws.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used and returned in unsanitary condition
  • Clearance or final-sale items marked as such at the time of purchase
