Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders of $35 or more before tax.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10 to 21 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@titanclaws.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
